Please remember you are representing the Salvation Army as you stand at the kettle and your conduct is critical to our success. 

• Signing up for a shift(s) on this site is an important commitment.  Online cancellations are permitted up to 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.  If circumstances require you to cancel an appointment within 24 hours of a scheduled shift please contact our kettle coordinator or the Khi office 905-875-1022 immediately so that arrangements can be made with another volunteer to fulfill the shift.
• Do NOT leave the kettle unattended at any time.  Do not remove the kettle from the premises.  If you are on the last shift of the day one of our kettle coordinators will arrive to pick up the kettle.
